Inclement Weather Policy

Notifications of cancellations:

 Please follow the Southern Tioga School District's cancellations and closings. 

• If school is closed – all Youth Programs are cancelled, the gym will still be open unless a decision from the Program Director is to close due to severe conditions. A decision will be made by 2:00PM in regards to evening aerobic classes.
• If there is an early dismissal – all afternoon and evening Youth Programs are cancelled

In case of evening or weekend inclement weather – the status of all classes will be determined by the Director. For Scheduled programs, participants should contact the YMCA and/or the website for cancelled classes. A message will be recorded on the YMCA’s telephone answering service as well as on the website, in event of facility closing.
