Boot Camp

Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday 6:00-6:45pm

This is an intense workout consisting of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, plyometrics, body resistence training and, of course, a little running. If you are looking for a challenge this is for you.

Butts and Guts

Wednesday 5:15-6:00pm

this class is a power pumping class that will make you burn calories and and gain strength in every part of your body. If your looking for a total body this is your class.

Core & More

Friday 5:15-6:00pm

This class will help make your core solid and strong! This class targets your abs and shakes you to the core.

Pilates

Tuesday 5:30-6:15pm

This class will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates in order to improve posture, increase muscle tone, and most important decrease the risk of injury.

Zumba

Monday 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm

Dance your way to a fitter you with this exciting new class that gets your heart pumping while burning off those claiories you dont want, all while having a blast.
