Zumba

Dance your way to a fitter you with this exciting new class that incorporates unique Latin moves and rhythms.

Mondays 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm

Pilates

This class will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates in order to improve postures, increase muscle tone and decrease risk of injury.

Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm

Boot Camp

This is an intense workout consiting of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, plyometrics, body- resistence training, and of course, a little running. Are you looking for a challenge? Then this is your class.

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Thursdays 6:00-6:45pm

Butts and Guts

A power pumping class that will make you burn claories and strengthen every part of your body. Looking for a total body workout? This is your class!

Core & More

This class will help make your core solid and strong! This group training class is deadicated to getting you that solid core that you always wanted.

Fridays 5:15-6:15

Cardio Strength

A great blend of two popular abdominal classes. We blend Pilates moves and traditional abs moves to get your core in shape.

Wednesdays & Fridays 10:00-10:45am

Senior Aerobics

Our Senior Arobics is a light to moderate class that works on improving overall flexability, balance, cardio, as well as muscle growth.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30-10:15am
